No room for growth, really toxic culture stemming from senior mgt, unrealistic deadlines and pressure on team to constantly publish, really shallow research product to contend with quotas, lies from senior mgt. on compensation. Bad track record of staff development with many bad stories of aspiring analysts who were treated poorly, benefits worse than rest of industry. Hours very very long and some teams worse than others.
