Worst work place I have ever worked - Anonymous employee Wolfspeed Employee Review

management does not even value an extremely hard working employee. Employees are threatened through daily e-mails and meetings. Employee morale is non existent. ALL benefits come out of the meager pay that they give the employees. Reviews are a joke. The supervisors talk to you like they know nothing about your work ethics...like they are making stuff up to discount your worth. It will tear your soul out of you and spit it out.
