Maintenance Technician - Anonymous employee Wolfspeed Employee Review

Don't count on getting a decent raise unless you're a favorite. There is way too much politics within the company. There are managers and supervisors who should not be in their positions. They do not care about employees and there is very little work/life balance. They claim competitive pay but aren't. Management does not live up to the key company principles and the company motto is more of a joke than actuality. Very little chance of moving up within the company.
