Pros
Great benefits and earning potential. Really nice company gym, subsidized cafe, quarterly bonuses, merit increases, nice offices. A lot of the C-suite has been refreshed in the last couple years and they are systematically making improvements across the business. The company has a fast paced tech feel that still holds on to its startup roots in many respects. It is definitely transitioning to the next level so if you're a doer and a get things done type person, there is a lot of low hanging fruit that will make you look like a rock star. This is especially true in mid to upper level in BUs and in Corporate.
Cons
Some of the old guard that are a bit institutionalized are still around that try to resist change and slow things down. However, they are slowly but surely being managed out.
