KKKree talks a good one, but their actions don't add up to the same. Cree is a Great Company to work for, but the office jobs seem to be controlled by Nationalist. Cree will treat you well if they favor you. The favor can be from you Race, Nationality, Education, and/or Economic status. The amount of nepotism is truly amazing. THEY pick who they want to be successful, and if you not favored YOU WON'T ADVANCE!!!

I never me the "Good Ol' Boys" till i started to work for this company. The favoritism is systematic and very refined in its operation. THEY pick who they want to be successful, and if you not favored YOU WON'T ADVANCE!!! Cree on the production level has its flaws, but the office jobs are the worst. The hiring process seems to consider Nationality more than anything. Many operator consider the Manager to be suspected white supremacist. Its sad that the company doesn't know how much their employee despise the companies blatant racist practices. The Good Ol' Boys.
