The benefits were somewhat good, they were really good when I started in 1999, advanced fairly well but that was only because of my manager at the time.
Cons
It's a hard place to work you either make it or you don't. Not all personalities will succeed at Cree. It's Cree first & the rest of your life 3'rd or 4'trh on the list.
