      Really can't think of any.

      Managers are former engineers promoted to "manager" which makes them horrible managers and stale engineers. IF you are considering employment here - see the table below. Ask yourself if you want to work for a "boss" or a "Leader". If you want a "boss" take the job at Cree. If you want a "Leader" RUN AWAY as fast as you can.

      nice people, decent benefits, work from home options

      Cons

      Lack of transparency from new executive management with direction of company, lots of uncertainty and instability overall. Constant cost cutting measures.
