Pros
Good people to work with and knowledgeable. Great on the job training. Breaks are outstanding. Parking is great. Hours are not to bad.
Cons
This company is headed for derailing. Management is very poor, they compete with one another leaving out the main focus of who drives Cree. Cameras are watching you 24/7. They need to hire the temps that have been there over nine months and have proven themselves otherwise compromises the 90 day temp to hire.
