      If you enjoy being micro-managed, this is the place for you!

      Cons

      Brutal Corporate environment. It's been said that Cree expects you to work till you are dead, then they will dig you up and make you work some more.... TERRIBLE to employees. Do not care about people, only their bottom line.

      nice people, decent benefits, work from home options

      Lack of transparency from new executive management with direction of company, lots of uncertainty and instability overall. Constant cost cutting measures.
