Cree still an innovative place where one's creativity can make a huge impact. Benefits are outstanding. Campus is beautiful, collaboration is encouraged, ownership of problems is expected, meaning find the answers by crossing up and down levels as needed.
Cons
Its a manufacturing environment so one has to be tough. Huge difference between managers and non-manager compensation, meaning the gap is huge and almost insurmountable. Go there, learn your craft, if no promotion then leave.
