Job is pretty boring, poor management all the way up the chain, not much chance for higher advancement, say they like to promote from within but always seem to to go outside the company to hire for the really good jobs, expects their workers to go above and beyond for them but when it comes to taking care of their employees, higher management is satisfied with being "competitive in the marketplace".
