Cons
New employees brought in will have less responsibilities and higher pay band than legacy employees. The tools needed to perform assigned tasks are not provided. Adequate personnel are not provided to manage programs. White men will succeed well at this company. Pay attention to why there are ERGs. A company who is truly fair and inclusive won't need ERGs. Those who aren't white male will be discouraged from applying for promotional opportunities.
