Good career advancement opportunities. People in the organization are kind. Senior leadership with vision. Stock bonus options and stock plan. Ability to move internally after 1 year in a role.
Cons
I used to have a terrible manager who has had a number of HR cases again them, including from me that hits every form of harassment, he still works there. Maternity leave and other benefits aren't very competitive. Stressful work environment, typically overtime is expected in most salaried roles and is unpaid. I've heard from coworkers, and experienced that if you do less than 45 hours a week is treated as a lesser job performance.
