Work only half a total month if you are on a 12 hour shift. Medical, PTO and 401K is industry standard and acceptable. Stock options and purchase plan is excellent. The company embraces and encourages diversity in the workplace. The organization is growing aggressively, a lot of opportunities to move into different positions or be considered for promotion. A very promising industry (Silicon Carbide Semiconductors) with huge growth potential.
Cons
Quality of managers & supervisors range from outstanding to horrendous Petty Tyrants. If you have a poor manager or are in a high pressure position you will be looking for other employment.
