Pros
Good experience for your resume. Extremely high turnover means lots of opportunities to move around.
Cons
Consider other opportunities. Stock prices are at historic lows while layoffs are increasing each month. Now that the stock is in a downward spiral, everyone's stock options are worthless so there’s no reason to stay. Because of the constant layoffs most employees are overworked. There is no clear direction and management reacts quickly without much thought. Communication from management is very poor.
