Pros
A lot of corporate changes being made all over that create new challenges to learn from.
Cons
Seems to be an overwhelming silo effect across the company that makes it difficult to get answers in a timely manner. This does promote individual effort to socialize. Work-life balance below upper management level is also very Work-Or-Life, not sure how to address this though.
