Excellent people, excellent benefits, great cafeteria. Good progress and more good efforts for diversity, equitability, inclusion. Pay is ok. Vision is good.
Cons
No allowance for older people to have higher vacation rate Office space is horrible, cold, very small cubes, Not enough toilets in building sometimes have to go to next building to find a free stall. High level of bureaucracy, felt the training was inadequate. The IT systems are confusing
