Culture of dishonesty and distrust - Staff Test Engineer Wolfspeed Employee Review

Managers don’t trust employees, micromanage, and lie to retain control. My manager lied to me directly multiple times, and never expressed remorse. He had a complete lack of trust in me - checking in on me constantly in the occasional times I worked from home, and even requesting security camera footage of me while at work. Meanwhile, in one on one’s and reviews I received nothing but positive feedback. I don’t recommend Wolfspeed if you want to do meaningful work in an environment of trust and teamwork.
