Great people, great culture, fast-growing in many areas with lots of opportunities. Publicly traded company offers many resources and compensation avenues.
Cons
Salaries could be higher, business challenges in LED market, management competency varies widely. Company departments are constantly restructuring and sometimes it's not for the better. Many talented engineers leave for better pay or more flexible hours.
