      Pay is good (though not enough for the demands), good people around, and flexible PTO

      Cons

      Spent all their money, spread too thin and lost a ton of money, now good people were laid off and remaining employees are over-worked picking up their slack

      nice people, decent benefits, work from home options

      Lack of transparency from new executive management with direction of company, lots of uncertainty and instability overall. Constant cost cutting measures.
