      Really exciting to be a part of a business like this. You learn a lot in a short amount of time and the team members are super smart.

      The pay was fairly decent

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't know that middle management doesn't know anything. Well, not anything but they doesn't know how to build a team, train, provide ay context. When the company switched from food trucks to brick and mortar they just moved everyone over but that's not how that works, or shouldn't be. People were promoted that shouldn't have been. My manager burst into tears and continuously mentioned self-harm as a joke. I left ASAP
