Over-worked, under-paid, promotion & raise systems dramatically low and limited for today's environment.

Pros
This company is unlike anywhere I've worked before in a good way. The entrepreneurial spirit is contagious, and you're surrounded by incredibly talented people who are both kind and driven. It's an environment that encourages you to think creatively, take ownership, and challenges you to grow. I've learned an incredible amount during my time here.
