They pay you, just barely, but in exchange you are blamed for about any managerial failure.
Cons
Management is totally clueless. They are transfixed into their bottom lines and Excel spreadsheets but don't give a damn about projects, clients or engineers. The place is swamped with clueless managers, who are trying to justify their existence by blaming anyone for their own incompetence.
