Pros

The work that you actually do, while it can feel mundane, has a great impact on the life of the kids you serve. It's nice to see them excited to go to dance or basketball practice. it makes all the paperwork feel worth it.

Cons

The company is slowly losing its mission due to bad leadership. Again, I haven't been here long and can already tell that while the intent is there, it's not executed in the best way. The office, instead of being a place of support, is somewhere most people in my position hate going.

Children are such a delight and I’m very proud to help them make their way into the world Bonding with co workers is a plus as well

Cons

The hours are horrible and you’ll be lucky to make more than 15 hrs per week. They definitely play favorites
