Flexible hours, freedom to run my class as i see fit. Little oversight from management. Good pay.

Cons

Not enough equipment & supplies for class activities. Not enough support to management to help recruit new students. Non paid hours for recruiting during lunch time.

Children are such a delight and I’m very proud to help them make their way into the world Bonding with co workers is a plus as well

Cons

The hours are horrible and you’ll be lucky to make more than 15 hrs per week. They definitely play favorites
