Pros

You get to interact with students and brighten their day up and also have a ton of freedom to create you own projects for clubs.

Cons

The hourly wage is too little for how much work we do on a day-to-day basis (i.e. lesson planning, child supervision, and conducting projects). Budget is too low for lesson planning.

Children are such a delight and I’m very proud to help them make their way into the world Bonding with co workers is a plus as well

Cons

The hours are horrible and you’ll be lucky to make more than 15 hrs per week. They definitely play favorites
