They are big on making sure everyone is getting some type of training.

Cons

I think the biggest problem were program manager’s communication. And expecting new employees to do great the first time and not giving positive feedback.

Children are such a delight and I’m very proud to help them make their way into the world Bonding with co workers is a plus as well

The hours are horrible and you’ll be lucky to make more than 15 hrs per week. They definitely play favorites
