They will hire anyone and are always hiring. Pay isn't terrible.
Cons
Culture is terrible, you never know if you will have a job or hours from one day to the next. Leadership is secretive and makes decisions without regard to employees well-being. Benefits aren't great for what you pay for. Not a family friendly environment at all there is no work-life balance. They only care about the product going out the door which is typically poor quality so no bonuses get paid out. There are no sick days just minimal PTO and godforbid you get injured, they will terminate your employment and tell you they will hire you back once you are healed then not. The place was in a constant state of chaos which only got worse after Woodgrain took over and promised to take care of their employees but they don't
