Pros

Not many nice things to say except there are some nice people.

Cons

I would not recommend this company unless you are in a high level sales position. Based on my experience and understanding of the pay structure, compensation for non-sales roles appears significantly below market rates. For instance, my pay was about 35% (which left me around 15,000 out of my annual pay) under the industry average for my position and experience . While this may suit someone starting their career, to get experience it can be frustrating for those with more experience. Another concern is the rising cost of benefits. This year, premiums increased by nearly 60%, it was highly suggested that we get the HSA plan and insinuated a "benefit" to us. While some may prefer this option, it felt like an unfair way to shift costs to employees. With around 33% of my paycheck going to taxes and benefits, the take-home pay often felt insufficient, especially given the workload. The company also seems to have a high turnover rate, which management attributes to employees not wanting to work. However, in my opinion, the issue lies more with the compensation and benefits structure. For example, after taxes and benefits, take-home pay could be as low as $700 biweekly for some employees, depending on deductions. Overall, while the company is growing, my experience suggests they could better balance employee compensation and workload. If you're considering a role here, I recommend asking detailed questions about compensation and benefits to ensure it aligns with your expectations and financial needs.
