      Good benefits after 6 months. Great clients that are rewarding. Some interesting staff to learn from. A lot of outings. Lots of trips. Free food. lot of overtime, supervisors too busy to check on you

      Abuse, Abuse, Abuse. don't care about us staff. We are replaceable. Abuse, abuse, abuse.

      Pros

      Large employer flexibility, I worked with a great team and the work was rewarding. The clients were cared for well and I was happy to help their staff with issues and concerns

      Cons

      Challenging work. Many employees from different cultures made helping them assimilate and work together a challenge. This is 24/7 care, so it was tough sometimes.
