Pros

Trainers was professional, kind ,empathetic and informational. Saddie stood out to me during CPR training, Kevin was very direct and funny and answered a lot of my questions. Will almost made me cry every time a short video came on he was very attentive and you can see how passionate he is about his work as well as just a positive energy overall.. Other staff was very friendly just as far as getting the Relias and everything done and letting me stay late to finish . I wanted a job but I left orientation wanting to be apart of a team

Cons

Not super bad but Long training days and TOO many breaks, Co works complaining was a bit much , I definitely think we could have had more empathy towards our trainers.

Pros

Large employer flexibility, I worked with a great team and the work was rewarding. The clients were cared for well and I was happy to help their staff with issues and concerns

Cons

Challenging work. Many employees from different cultures made helping them assimilate and work together a challenge. This is 24/7 care, so it was tough sometimes.
