The probationary period is longer than usual, but given the nature of the work, that is totally understandable.

Large employer flexibility, I worked with a great team and the work was rewarding. The clients were cared for well and I was happy to help their staff with issues and concerns

Cons

Challenging work. Many employees from different cultures made helping them assimilate and work together a challenge. This is 24/7 care, so it was tough sometimes.
