Benefits, as much overtime as you want

Cons

Pay is terrible, overtime is somewhere between expected and mandatory because nobody shows up to relieve you, and most managers will turn on you the second something goes wrong.

Large employer flexibility, I worked with a great team and the work was rewarding. The clients were cared for well and I was happy to help their staff with issues and concerns

Cons

Challenging work. Many employees from different cultures made helping them assimilate and work together a challenge. This is 24/7 care, so it was tough sometimes.
