      Pros

      Solid company with lots of different areas to grow into. Great benefits, and pay is competitive. Tuition reimbursement is also a big plus!

      Cons

      Can be very top heavy with too much management. lots of silly projects that every new director wants to put in place.

      Pros

      Great with previous leadership. But then...

      Cons

      New leadership is not as dedicated to employees as previous (although bonuses have been better). New middle management there is a lot of nepotism. Once a stable company, layoffs have been a common occurrence since COVID.
