      Bonus have been strong last few years. Strong health benefits. Improving culture and base pay.

      Cons

      Typical corporate issues. Trying to move past low hanging fruit directly to "automation and AI".

      Pros

      Great with previous leadership. But then...

      Cons

      New leadership is not as dedicated to employees as previous (although bonuses have been better). New middle management there is a lot of nepotism. Once a stable company, layoffs have been a common occurrence since COVID.
