Horrible culture / work environment - Anonymous employee Woodward Employee Review

This is an extremely negative culture where everyone is quick to point out others' faults and missteps, but never their accomplishments. Great talent is not retained, but instead thrown away because they can get someone cheaper in the door. People don't acknowledge each other in the hallways, they don't form friendships outside of work, and they complain about literally everything. Management is not willing to change, even if it means losing key players. Fresh perspectives and ideas are not fostered, but instead criticized.
