Mediocre work place - Anonymous employee Woodward Employee Review

Terrible raises. Negotiate a good salary coming in, expect to only get a 2% raise every year. Hard work is not appreciated here. The difference between a hard worker and someone that just does enough to get by is about 2.3% compared to 2%. Morale is not very high because of this. It fosters an environment for a bunch of people to just come to work and do the bare minimum. Your happiness will depend on your manager. There are some great leaders and some terrible ones that should not be in charge of anyone.
