Would not recommend. - Material Handler Woodward Employee Review

HR stands for Human Resources, yet at this company, HR controls everything. If you simply voice a concern, you will be terminated from employment with the company. This company would rather hire workers with no experience, coming from a fast food job, over qualified candidates who have experience in the industry. After working here, I would be scared to fly on an airplane knowing that parts manufactured and produced here were on the plane. I used to think highly of this company, and this company used to have a great reputation, however, after working here, I would never consider this place great, and would not even recommend it to my worst enemy.
