Pros
Pay was decent for positions in the area, but on the low end of spectrum for this kind of work.
Cons
The supervisors are either breathing down your neck, or nowhere to be found. There is a "locker room" culture that includes supervisors where men joke about sexually explicit matters. HR is racist and allows certain actions to go unchecked while launching week long investigations into petty matters. They told the company no one would be fired when Boeing 737s were grounded, but then they turned around and laid off 100s of people "due to Covid-19" even though they had the money to keep everyone on that did actually work. They could have taken the time to look through and get rid of people who sat around eating hot dogs in back offices in the dark while their employees looked for them, or people created $1000s of scrap/rework costs weekly, but instead they just let go anyone who worked there less than a year, regardless of position or work ethic.
