      Benefits unbeatable, great culture, hard to get fired if you just do your job

      Have to work here 5 years to make really good money but OT is almost always available.

      Pros

      Great with previous leadership. But then...

      Cons

      New leadership is not as dedicated to employees as previous (although bonuses have been better). New middle management there is a lot of nepotism. Once a stable company, layoffs have been a common occurrence since COVID.
