      Pros

      some of the pros are health benefits and bonuses.

      Cons

      Cons are DEI hires; you put in for a job position and never hear back if you will have a interview or not, stupid survey questionnaires that the feedback is a complete lie, so called supervisors have their favoritisms, low pay.

      Pros

      Great with previous leadership. But then...

      Cons

      New leadership is not as dedicated to employees as previous (although bonuses have been better). New middle management there is a lot of nepotism. Once a stable company, layoffs have been a common occurrence since COVID.
