Pay is average or below average, company offways the lower pay with very good benefits. Certain jobs are paid lower than other jobs that have less requirements.
New leadership is not as dedicated to employees as previous (although bonuses have been better). New middle management there is a lot of nepotism. Once a stable company, layoffs have been a common occurrence since COVID.
