Pros

- Amazing work-life balance!!! - Positive relationships and mentorship - Flexibility with remote work - Strong internship program that provides professional development opportunities

Cons

- This is not a con to me, but there is not as much of an "in-person office experience." I still feel just as connected with my team though, even with us all living in different states!

Pros

People and Culture. I know everyone says it, but the biggest reason I stay is the people. My boss is fantastic, my team is amazing, and they genuinely make work enjoyable. They're the main reason my head doesn't turn when a recruiter reaches out. Growth and Opportunity. There is a lot of opportunity. I never feel stuck or bored. There is always something happening, a new challenge to tackle, or a problem to solve. The company is growing quickly, and I've had the chance to work with colleagues and projects around the world.

Cons

Rapid growth means disorganization. Sometimes it feels like the organization is "building the plane while flying it." Processes, systems, communication, and sometimes people don't always keep pace with how fast the business is moving, and that can be frustrating. Compensation is lagging. While there are plenty of opportunities to take on more responsibility, the pay doesn't feel aligned with the level of effort or impact required.
