Pros
Management goes out of its way to keep everyone in the loop, and where we are as a company on achieving our goals. Its great to have this level of transparency in a company. There is a great effort put forward to have great culture within the company which is appreciated by employees.
Cons
It's hard to think of any one thing in particular. They haven't always made the best hires which led to some problems but it seems like the vetting process has improved.
