      Pros

      The staff members here are great. Very knowledgeable and kind, and have a lot of patience for the constant training and questions of the student staff

      Cons

      WPI administration does not give IT the budget it needs to hire enough student staff for the desk. The full-time staff is not given any support, and the inter-departmental communication at WPI in general is very lacking

      Pros

      Lots to learn, some great mentors, gave my resume an excellent boost and confidence a major push. Became very confident in my skills and provided valuable connections.

      Cons

      You work independently often, especially when discovered to be fine on your own, even if you might need the mentorship
