Pros
The company has a great vibe. It’s both smart and open minded and there are no barriers between functions or between senior and junior members. Everybody talks to everybody else and everybody seems to enjoy working together. Interns are full-fledged members of the team and even the executives show a genuine interest in them.
Cons
Although the engineering team is split between 2 sites, communication is still very good because of investments in the right tools and a continuous search for better ways of communicating.
