Pros

Smart, collaborative colleagues who care about doing good work. Strong technology, well-established processes, and opportunities to work on high-impact projects across the business. Compensation and benefits remain competitive.

Cons

Recent layoffs and reorganization have changed the culture. The company feels less “employee-first” and more cost-driven. Morale has declined as workloads rise and communication transparency has decreased.

Pros

The benefits are good, but morale has taken a hit. Many of the company’s most experienced and respected employees have left, and the turnover among long-tenured staff continues to be noticeably high.

Cons

Micromanagement is widespread, and many core processes no longer work effectively. Leadership appears more focused on optics than resolving the issues employees deal with every day. Feedback rarely leads to meaningful change, morale continues to decline, and workloads keep increasing without corresponding improvements to systems or support. The culture has shifted toward expecting employees to simply do more instead of fixing what’s broken.
