The benefits are good, but morale has taken a hit. Many of the company’s most experienced and respected employees have left, and the turnover among long-tenured staff continues to be noticeably high.

Micromanagement is widespread, and many core processes no longer work effectively. Leadership appears more focused on optics than resolving the issues employees deal with every day.
