Pros
My co-workers were wonderful, through no fault of Workplace Options. Honestly, the free coffee everyone talks about in the pros section is pretty bad coffee. There is a gym onsite, and the personal training is cheap. The relief when I was able to leave was pretty good too.
Cons
As a clinician, this place encourages you to work too fast, ignore your ethics (paying clinicians bonus for making referrals to specific resources!!), and chastises you when you are not a perfect counselor. The pay is mediocre, and the management is worse. Most direct managers are so caught up in their own ego that they can barely communicate with you besides to tell you how worthless you are.
