Pros
Flexible hours (the office is open 24/7, so if you ever need to miss a day or a few hours, there is always an opportunity to make up those hours) Good medical, dental, vision benefits They offer an employee exchange program, which allows you the opportunity to travel to their London office for a month...and they offer nice accommodations and a very generous stipend the entire time you are there.
Cons
The managers play favorites and unless you want to spend your time going out for drinks with upper management, don't expect to move up in the company There is a serious lack of communication between all departments, especially those departments outside of the call center. Frantic and choatic work environment; the phone rings constantly and they don't have enough employees to keep up with the volume of work; therefore, they expect their current employees to only leave their desks for five minutes per day. Management has unrealistic expectations for their employees and employees have to work at a frantic pace just to meet quotos. Management is very slow to hire new people. Management acts like the job is so important, but when you get down to it...its a call center.
